Coaching is not therapy

My coaching is trauma-informed, but coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, trauma symptoms, or physical symptoms, please seek support from a licensed professional. Coaching can be a meaningful complement to that care, but not a replacement for it.

If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

No guarantees

Growth is deeply personal. While I bring my full care and expertise to our work, I can’t guarantee any particular outcome from coaching or from anything shared on this Site. You are responsible for your own choices and actions.

Working together

If we work together, the specific terms of our coaching relationship, including fees, scheduling, cancellations, and confidentiality, will be described in a separate coaching agreement.

All content on this Site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Amanda Beck unless otherwise noted. This includes my original models and frameworks: The Alchemy of Anxiety, The Alchemy of Authenticity, The Alchemy of Creativity, and Rescripting Your Life. You’re welcome to share links to the Site, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or use its content for commercial purposes without my written permission. Quotes from my dissertation may be cited with proper attribution.
